Here's the math: each of our ISAs runs 600+ dials a day — using the AI dialer built into the CRM — which is what it takes to surface one motivated seller. Our ISA team works the Expired, Cancelled, FSBO, and Absentee owner lists. When a seller is ready, the ISA bridges them to you on a live call.

Then the ISA owns the follow-up — Day 3, Day 7, Day 14 — through resolution with status codes. The transfer isn't done at handoff. Motivated sellers take 3–5 contacts and a 12–18 month window, so your transfer database is a long-term asset.
